She was recognized by Business in Vancouver as a Top 40 Under 40 for her leadership and contributions to the business community.
She currently leads the development of education initiatives at Alacrity Canada, where she is building Alacrity Academy, focused on delivering practical, ecosystem-driven education and tools for founders.
A connector at heart, Luan has built her career at the intersection of business development, strategy, and impact. Her experience spans early-stage venture and innovation, management consulting, and commercial real estate where she has led successful fundraising and revenue diversification efforts, guided operations and organizational turnarounds, and facilitated cross-sector collaborations between corporations, governments, and philanthropic partners.
As an ecosystem builder, advisor, angel investor, and recovering entrepreneur, Luan brings a unique perspective that combines entrepreneurial drive with systems thinking and people-centered leadership. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations, investors, and innovators create lasting social and economic impact, and continues to advise on strategy, growth, and operations through her Tolosa Consulting platform.
